FDP partnered with Barnardo’s, one of the UK’s leading children’s charities, to create the Barnardo’s Parenting website—a resource hub designed to support parents and caregivers in navigating the complexities of family life.

Our goal was to design a user-friendly, accessible platform that delivers trusted advice, tools, and resources for every stage of parenting.

What we did:
Parenting comes with unique challenges, and Barnardo’s needed an online space to provide practical support for families, with resources tailored to diverse needs. The platform had to:

Engage parents with a welcoming and intuitive design.

Deliver clear and actionable content around parenting advice.

We placed parents and caregivers at the heart of the design process. Through user research, we identified key pain points and opportunities for the platform to offer immediate value.
